Club Notes 5th September 2011

The National Automation sponsored minor team are due to play Kilglass Gaels during the week in the semi final of the division 3 championship. Please check fixtures on for date and venue and please come out and support the team. Operation Transformation continues this week. On Saturday next to mark the half way mark we hope to climb Croagh Patrick as a group. Anyone interested in going must have text their name to 087-6578640 by Wednesday at 1pm as places are limited. Our next weigh-in is this Friday night as usual at 8pm. We also hope to have walks/distances in the parish available on from the middle of this week. Our Dunnes bar sponsored junior team are due to play Ballinameen this weekend in the league, please check website for date and time. No date has yet been fixed for our final senior league game against Boyle. This weekend is the kick-off of our new club competition called Last Man Standing. This is based on the English premiership and costs only €10 to enter. Each week you pick a team to win, they win & your through to next round, they lose and your out. 75% of money taken in will be given back out in the prize. Entries close this Friday the 9th of September at 5pm. There will be a box in Padraig Flynns this week where your entry form & €10 can be placed. You can also give your entries to Brian Carroll or Clare Caslin before 5pm on Friday.
