The Kalzen sponsored senior team lost their championship quarter final by the narrowest of margins to Kilbride on Saturday evening in Strokestown.  The club would like to thank all the players and management for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. Unfortunately it wasn’t to be on the day.  The club would like to sincerely thank the Silver Eel for the meal they provided for the team after the game. The club wishes to thank all the 75 children who took part in the summer camp last week at the pitch. Thanks to the coaches Tony, Mark, Stephen, Aine, Jenny, Enya, Sarah and Niamh. A great week was had by all. Thanks to Clare for organising the week. Our club will host a double header match this Saturday so a large amount of stewards and helpers will be required for the day. Everyone will be required to be at the pitch at 4.15pm on Saturday evening. The club would ask as many people to volunteer as possible for Saturday. The club extends its sympathies to the Beirne family Elphin on their recent bereavement. The club wishes Alo Dowd, Croghan a speedy recovery from his recent illness. Operation transformation continues each week with group walks and talks taking place during the week. Please show your support for all our participants by sponsoring them where possible. It is hoped that our new website will be launched in the coming days.
