Kilmore GAA Club Notes 10th November 2014

This Saturday all roads lead to Boyle as our U-14 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels play Castlerea in the Garda Cup final. Time of the game has yet to be confirmed but will be circulated via text when available. An U-17 combined team of Elphin/Kilmore/Shannon Gaels will play Tulsk/Croans/Western Gaels/Ballinameen in Kilbride this Wednesday evening at 8pm. An U-15 game made up of the same teams will take place this Sunday at 12pm in Elphin.

Last Man Standing

The club congratulates Martin Caslin, Foxwood who was our winner of our €500 jackpot in Last Man Standing on Saturday last. Thanks to everyone who took part.

Club Coaching

Roscommon GAA coach education tutor group are ready to conduct an on-line football and hurling foundation course. The theory part can be completed on-line with the practical session to be held afterwards. Once coaches have registered they will have from Monday November 10th to Friday December 5th to complete their modules with our course tutor Kieran Kilkenny. Ladies Walk/Run

Kilmore GAA Ladies Club will hold an 8K fun Run/Walk on Saturday the 22nd of November with a start time of 12.30pm. Registration on the morning and costs €10 Adults and €5 for Children. Changing facilities available at the club. Further details can be obtained by contacting 086-1698082.

Other News

Kilmore GAA 50/50 draw takes place this Sunday night at 10pm in the Silver Eel. Jenny Connellans team are on selling duty this week. A meeting of club officers and all players will take place this Saturday evening at 7pm in the clubrooms. All players are encouraged to attend. The club extends its sympathy to Mary Sheridan on the recent death of her mother and also to the Collins family Clogher on the death of Joe Collins.
