Intermediate Championship

Our King & Moffat sponsored intermediate team just fell short on Saturday evening last as we lost by 1 point to Tulsk in the 1st round of the championship in Boyle. We are back again in championship action this Saturday evening when we host Fuerty in round 2 of the championship at 6pm in Kilmore. We will need help with stewarding etc so anyone who is available is asked to meet at the pitch at 4.45pm.

Our U-12 team were beaten by Castlerea in their opening game of the spring league. Our U-16 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels were awarded the points in their game against Boyle. Our minor team play Roscommon Gaels in the league semi final on Wednesday evening at 7pm in Ballyfarnon. On Thursday our U-14 Div 2 team play Elphin/Ballinameen in Elphin at 7pm. Our U-12 team play Eire Og in Kilmore at 12pm on Saturday.

Well done to our 17 Club members who completed the Foundation level coaching course and also the Child safety course last week. Thanks to our coaching officer Donal Carroll for organising the event.

The Junior ladies play St Croans in the semi final of the league next Sunday. The U-16 team lost to Clann na nGael by 3 points after a great second half performance. They play Padraig Pearses next.

Annual Draw

Our €100 annual draw tickets are now on sale. We have 3 draws, one in April, August and December with the 1st prize in each draw €1,000. Tickets cost €100 for 3 entries into each draw or €50 for 1 entry. Each person will receive a letter this week in relation to the tickets and we would ask for your support.
