Kilmore GAA Club Notes 18th November 2019

posted 22 Nov 2019, 15:30 by Brian Carroll
Well done to our U-20 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels/St Ronans who defeated Éire Og/Michael Glaveys on Sunday last on a scoreline of 4-10 to 2-13. We now face Roscommon Gaels this Sunday at 1pm in Lisnamult.

The club extends best wishes to Caelan Bracken who suffered a serious leg injury in Kilmore today during an U13 Feile game. We hope Caelan, who is a very talented and committed Kilmore player, will make a speedy recovery. Thanks to all who helped out in Kilmore today especially Lorna Kennedy for her professional care of Caelan in advance of the arrival of the ambulance. Congrats to our combined U14 team who won the Div2 championship. Well done to the players and management on a great year for this group of players. They got to the league final, won the championship and lost out by the narrowest of margins in the All Ireland Feile Div 7 final against a team from Monaghan over a memorable Feile weekend in June. The U13 Feile game against Roscommon Gaels was abandoned in Kilmore today and will be refixed. The Kennan cup U12 final will probably be played on Saturday the 30th of November in Boyle.
