Our Dunnes bar U-21 team were narrowly defeated in an exciting county semi final on Saturday evening last. After putting up a great battle we lost out by 1-10 to 1-11 at the end. The club thanks all our players for their efforts during the year. We also thank team manager Martin Garvey and selectors Michael Connellan and Pat Gannon. Also thanks to our sponsors Dunnes bar, Carrick-On-Shannon. This weekend sees our party night out at the Mullingar greyhound track on Saturday night. A limited number of tickets still remain. Tickets cost €50 each and are available from all players or by contacting any member of the executive. Tickets include return transport from Kilmore GAA pitch, admission in to stadium, race card, €4 drinks voucher and entry into a buster draw to win €1,000. Coach will depart from Hillstreet at 6pm sharp and Kilmore GAA pitch at 6.15pm on Saturday evening. We would ask everyone in the club to support this fundraising adventure. The club congratulates St Brigids on their victory in the Connacht final. Our last man standing is now down to the last two with Padraig Doyle and Gary Connellan still in the hunt for the prize. The club would like to congratulate Emmet Flood on his recent engagement. All news is on
