Kilmore GAA Club Notes 27th July 2015

Junior Team
Our junior team had a convincing win on Friday evening last against Creggs in Creggs. The juniors play St Faithleachs in the league on this Wednesday at 8pm in Kilmore.
Our Minors lost out to Clann Na nGael last weekend. Our U-16 team defeated St Faithleachs and our U-14 team defeated St Michaels. Next up for our U-14 team is Kilglass/St Barrys in Croghan this Thursday at 7.30pm. On Sunday our U-16 team plat St Dominics at 12pm in Knockcroghery.
Kilmore GAA Golf Society outing took place on Saturday last. Results from the day was 1st John Crowe 2nd Gary Vesey and 3rd Jim King. Visitors prize John King, long drive Jim King. Ladies prize Mary King. New members welcome by contacting Alan Ffrench 087-2573454 or Gary Vesey on 086-8986340.
Summer BBQ
Kilmore GAA will hold a End of Summer BBQ on Sunday the 23rd of August in the Kilmore Inn, More details next week.

Our 50/50 draw takes place this Sunday night in Brackens, Gerry Tiernans team are on selling duty and envelopes are on sale throughout the parish. Our Last Man Standing tickets are now on sale from all our players and also from members of our finance Committee. Our activity camp gets underway next Tuesday and a few places remain. To book your place contact Clare 087-9471081 before this Thursday evening. The club extends its sympathy to the McNiff family, Kilbride and the Treacy Family, Creeve on their recent bereavement's.
