Kilmore GAA Club Notes 5th June 2017

Senior Team
Our King & Moffat sponsored senior team play Clann Na nGael this Saturday evening in the league in Enfield in the refixed game. All support would be appreciated. 

Junior Team
Our junior team defeated St Michaels on Sunday last in Cootehall in a very good team performance. Their next game is in 3 weeks in the championship. 

Underage 
Our U-10 Community games team had a great win over St Michaels last week to qualify for the County Semi Final. Well done to Dangan National School who have qualified for the County final after a win over Ballyfeeney. Good luck to Scrabbagh and Aughrim Schools who play in County semi finals this week. Scrabbagh play on Tuesday morning at 11.30am in the Kilmore pitch and Aughrim play on Wednesday at 12pm in Oran. Our -8 & U-10 team take part in a blitz on this Wednesday evening in Geevagh, Co Sligo at 7pm. Our U-14 team are due to play their opening game in the Garda cup this Thursday evening with the opposition, venue and time to be confirmed. Our U-14 girls team of Kilmore/Elphin recorded a win over Boyle last week and will play Eire Og this Wednesday in Loughglynn at 7pm. 

Other News
Well done to the ladies of the parish who took part in the Dublin Mini Marathon on Monday in memory of Mary Donohue and raised great money for the Mayo/Roscommon Hospice. Our 50/50 draw takes place this Sunday night at 10pm in The Silver Eel with Pamela McGauran's team on selling duty. The club congratulates Lisa Garvey and Ciaran Goldrick who got married on Saturday last.
