Kilmore GAA Club Notes 6th October 2014

50/50 Draw
Our 50/50 draw took place in the Kilmore Inn on Sunday night last. Our brilliant jackpot of €730 was won by James Caslin of the Half Parish. We would like to thank Joe McCabe for the food provided on Sunday night. Our next draw takes place on Sunday the 19th of October in Earlys Hillstreet. Gary Veseys team are on selling duty for that draw.
Clay Shoot
A very successful Clay Pigeon shoot took place on Saturday morning last at the pitch. Special thanks to everyone who took part and also thanks to David Connellan for his work organising the event.
Golf Outing
The next Kilmore GAA Gold Society outing takes place on Sunday the 12th of October in Headfort Golf club. Please contact Tommie Kenoy for times and details.
Other News
We are now down to 3 in our Last Man Standing competition. Kevin Caslin, Martin Caslin and Colm Walsh. The ladies club are holding a walk/run this Saturday at 12.30pm at the pitch. The club extends its sympathy to all the extended members of the Dockery family, Carrow on the recent death of their sister Geraldine. A General meeting of Kilmore GAA Club will take place tonight Monday at 9pm in the Clubrooms. All members of the club are encouraged to attend.
