Our U-16 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels had a great 2-8 to 1-6 victory over Roscommon Gaels in Group B of the division 1 U-16 championship last Wednesday. We have now qualified for the Division 1 semi final where we will face St Brigids.

Its a massive weekend for our U-14 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels as they face Tulsk in the division 2 County final. All roads lead to Elphin this Saturday the 14th of September where the ball will be thrown in at 3.30pm. So we would ask everyone in the parish to make the short spin to Elphin on Saturday and give the team every bit of support they deserve.

Our U-12 team had a comprehensive victory over Shannon Gaels on Friday evening last. Our U-12 teams next game is this Friday evening at 6.30pm in Elphin against Elphin.
Under 10
Our U-10 are in Go Games blitz this Saturday at 11am in Ballyfarnon. We are playing against St Ronans, St Barrys, Elphin and Kilbride this weekend.
Eat Less, Move More
We had a brilliant turn out of over 60 people at our first evening of our Eat Less, Move more challenge. Every day since last Tuesday great crowds have turned out for our group walks and cycles. We meet again this Tuesday evening at 8.30pm in the clubrooms as we get ready for week 2. We would encourage everyone who was there last week to be there again Tuesday and we would also welcome new members of the group. Part of the challenge we are also going to learn how to jive and that gets underway on Thursday evening in the clubrooms.
Last Man Standing
Our Last Man Standing took a break last weekend due to the international games but we are back up and running this weekend so make sure if you are one of the 37 still standing to text in your team before 10pm on this Friday night. You can check who's in and out and the fixtures on our website
